Health insurance discrimination and gender affirming treatment (R 2021-14)

This rulemaking implements the recently passed Gender Affirming Treatment Act, SB 5313 (leg.wa.gov). This will involve updating and adding to the rules as necessary to clarify carrier requirements and prohibitions in relation to coverage for gender affirming treatment.
