OLYMPIA, Wash. – Lesoo Vaafuti of Pacific, WA and Cindy Castaneda of Othello, WA were charged with insurance fraud in King County Superior Court after investigations completed by Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler’s Criminal Investigation Unit (CIU).

OLYMPIA, Wash. – Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler has extended two emergency orders. His order requiring health insurers to waive copays and deductibles for any consumer requiring testing for the coronavirus (COVID-19) and his order protecting consumers from receiving surprise bills for lab fees related to medically necessary diagnostic testing for COVID-19 are both extended until June 27.

OLYMPIA, Wash. – Shawndlyn Dyson, aka Shawndlyn Williams, of Seattle, has been added to Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler’s insurance fraud most wanted after she failed to appear in King County Superior Court to face a felony charge of filing a false insurance claim. A bench warrant was issued for her arrest and bail was set at $5,000.

OLYMPIA, Wash. – Patrick Kim, of Bellevue, has been added to Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler’s insurance fraud most wanted after he failed to appear in King County Superior Court to face three felony charges of theft in the first degree and ten felony charges of theft in the second degree. A nationwide warrant was issued for his arrest and bail was set to $100,050.
