The Washington state Legislature directed the Insurance Commissioner to collect information required from entities transacting property & casualty insurance with childcare centers, group foster homes, family childcare homes, child and youth serving organizations, and child placement services. Any authorized insurers, unauthorized insurers, and risk retention groups that have covered one or more of these risks as described in the instructions are required to provide the requested information.
