The OIC's Rates, Forms and Provider Networks division has posted drafts of General Filing Instructions (GFI) and some Speed to Market (STM) documents for plan year 2025. We ask for your feedback and comments on the documents.
Please provide your feedback by March 15, 2024, so that we can incorporate it into the final versions. We intend to post the final versions on March 29, 2024.
- We have placed Word or Excel versions of the draft GFIs and STMs below.
- For forms, we have highlighted updates in green in the Forms GFIs and STMs, with blue highlights used in the Forms checklists to indicate updates that are pending legislation.
- For the rates, yellow highlighting is used to address anything for which we are waiting on the Final Payment Notice for 2024. Other updates to rates documents are not highlighted.
- Revisions to Network Access documents are not highlighted.
- We suggest, for clarity, that you download a copy of the GFI and STM documents and make your suggestions directly in those documents.
- While feedback related to the appearance or formatting of those documents is also welcome, please understand that certain technical or software-related changes may not be feasible at this time.
- Please submit separate comments for each GFI and STM.
- Please consolidate company feedback into one email.
Please remember that we accept feedback on the GFIs and STMs all year long. If you miss providing feedback this time, we still want to hear your comments. We will do our best to review and incorporate them at the next opportunity.
