Add additional full lines (life, disability, property or casualty) to your producer license
Log into your account (fortress.wa.gov) and select "Add Other Line(s)."
There are no fees for adding additional full lines.
If your license is within 90 days before or 60 days after the expiration date, it must be renewed before you can add any additional lines of authority.
- Residents: Attach your passing-score reports.
- Non-residents: We can't process your request to change lines unless we can verify your home-state lines of authority via the national producer database (NIPR).
Add variable to your producer license
Log into your account (fortress.wa.gov) and select "Add Variable Line."
You will need to provide your Central Registration Depository (CRD) number in order to add the variable line of authority to your license. A CRD number is assigned to you when you receive your securities registration. You can look up CRD numbers on the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) website (www.finra.org).
There is no fee for adding variable to your license.

Log into your account (fortress.wa.gov) and select "Add Other Line(s)."

If your license is within 90 days before or 60 days after the expiration date, it must be renewed before you can add any additional lines of authority.
Note: To be a designated responsible licensed person (DRLP) for a business entity licensed for travel, you must have travel on your individual license.
