How do I register to receive complaints through CRS?

We automatically register any company that has a current WAOIC number and that has provided our office with a primary complaint contact person. If you’re not registered but would like to be, contact our office, and include the following required information:

  • Company name
  • Contact name
  • Complete mailing address
  • Telephone number
  • Fax number
  • Email address 
  • NAIC number
  • WAOIC number

Once you're registered, we will email your User ID and temporary password, along with general information about using the system.
