Please file your annual life illustration certification of compliance and any subsequent changes to your certification or your illustration actuaries through email using the following guidelines:
- Include the company name, followed by the NAIC number in the email's subject line;
- Save attachments as PDFs labeled with the company name and NAIC number;
- Do not combine multiple company submissions in one email; and
- Request a confirmation of receipt, if needed, in the body of your email.
