Business-entity license fees for first-time or new licensees
License type	Amount due
Producer - full lines: life, disability (health), property, casualty or personal lines	At least $60 ($55 base license + $5 filing fee), plus $55 for each additional location Must add affiliations ($20 each) once the license is active
Producer - limited lines: credit, surety or travel	At least $25 ($20 base license + $5 filing fee), plus $20 for each additional location Must add affiliations ($20 each) once the license is active
Adjuster (independent or public)	At least $55 ($50 base license + $5 filing fee), plus $50 for each additional location Must add affiliations ($20 each) once the license is active
Surplus line broker Must also maintain active producer license	At least $200, plus $200 for each additional location Must add affiliations ($20 each) once the license is active
Life settlement broker Must also maintain active life producer license	At least $100, plus $100 for each additional location
Title agent	At least $55 ($50 base license + $5 filing fee), plus $50 for each additional location
