OLYMPIA, Wash. – A new law expanding consumers’ protections from surprise medical bills also adds new protections for patients seeking care for a behavioral health or substance use disorder emergency. Clark County issued a bench warrant for his arrest.

OLYMPIA, Wash. – In a 5-4 decision in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the U.S. Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade and allows states to ban abortion before viability.
