PLE providers are required to submit a roster to the Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) each month, with a list of students who successfully completed their PLE courses.
The roster must include:
- Name of provider.
- Month of report.
- Name of each student.
- Course each student completed.
- Date each student completed course.
- Indication of whether the course was lecture or self-study.
Rosters are due on the 15th of the month following the month in which the candidate completed the PLE course.
Rosters must be submitted via email to our education analyst.
