PLE providers are required to submit a roster to the Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) each month, with a list of students who successfully completed their PLE courses.
The roster must include:
- Name of provider
- Month of report
- Name of each student
- Course each student completed
- Date each student completed course
- Indication of whether the course was lecture or self-study
Rosters are due on the 15th of the month following the month in which the candidate completed the PLE course.
Rosters must be submitted via email to our education analyst.
