PLE provider renewal
Providers must renew their authority every 12 months. Our office will email a provider renewal notice with application. The provider must complete the application, indicate any changes and return the application to the OIC prior to the provider expiration date.
Renewal notices are mailed to the provider approximately 40 days prior to the expiration date.
Instructors may be cancelled yearly on your renewal notice, but new instructors must be approved before they can teach a course.
Renewal letters should be returned to the OIC via fax, email or postal mail to the attention of "education analyst."
