Long-term care policy unintentional lapse notices (R 2013-29)
R 2013-29 allows the Insurance Commissioner to consider amendments to existing rules that require issuers of long-term care policies to provide notification to consumers and their designees about unintentional lapse protections for long-term care policies. This rule applies to long-term care insurance policies that are issued in Washington state.
