Hearing information and documents

About the case:

On October 23, 2019, the appellant's license was revoked pursuant to RCW 48.17.530(1)(b) for failure to report an administrative action and failure to respond to inquiries from the Insurance Commissioner, which are violations of RCW 48.17.597(1) and RCW 48.17.475.  On November 7, 2019, the appellant filed a Demand for Hearing to appeal the revocation order.  This matter was transferred to the Office of the Administrative Hearings (OAH) for a hearing by an administrative law judge.  On November 22, 2019, the OAH sent the appellant a notice of prehearing conference that set a telephonic conference for December 10, 2019.  The notice was sent to the same address as was provided by the appellant in the Demand for Hearing. The OAH did not receive any returned mail. On December 10, 2019, the appellant failed to appear so a default final order of dismissal was entered.

This case is now closed and the license remains revoked.
