2019 Rulemaking (R 2019-07)

The purpose of this rulemaking is to update the WACs and add new sections to align with Chapter 399, Laws of 2019 (2SSB 5602) amending RCW 48.43.072 and adding sections into RCW 48.43.

It is expected that this rulemaking will join with current rulemaking in Insurance Commissioner Matter R 2018-10 in the CR-102 stage, resulting in one rule.

2018 Rulemaking (R 2018-10)

The purpose of this rulemaking is to update applicable WACs and add new sections to align with SSB 6219, now codified in RCW 48.43.072 and RCW 48.43.073, which discusses requirements for coverage of reproductive health care and contraception.
