How to use Language Link
Follow these instructions to connect to interpretation services.
Step 1
Call 888-338-7394. You will have Language Link initiate a third-party call for you to call the client.
Step 2
Enter account number 19097, followed by the # sign.
- Press 1 for a third-party call.
- Enter third-party phone number.
- Confirm the phone number is correct (press 1).
Step 3
- Select 1 to connect directly to your Spanish interpreter, or:
- Select 2 to connect to a Russian interpreter.
- Select 3 to connect to a Vietnamese interpreter.
- Select 4 to connect to a Somali interpreter.
- Select 9 for all other languages.
Step 4
Enter division code 303.
Note: The Language link employee will ask what you want to say if they get a voicemail. Have what you would like to say prepared.
