Washington Casualty Company
After operating Washington Casualty Co. of Issaquah under a court-approved receivership order for more than three years, Insurance Commissioner Mike Kreidler has sold the insurer to a Michigan corporation. The sale, approved by Thurston County Superior Court on October 6, 2006, allowed the company to emerge from receivership.
