These are enforcement actions taken in 2007 by Mike Kreidler, Washington State Insurance Commissioner. Enforcement actions by the Office of the Insurance Commissioner are a primary tool in protecting the people of Washington.

If you are interested, you can look at the laws that authorize the Commissioner to suspend or revoke an individual's or company's privilege to do an insurance business in Washington, and authorize him to fine licensees and companies.
