Service Contracts: Motor vehicle service contract providers are required to file contracts and related forms (please review Chapter 48.110 RCW). You must file contract jackets, declarations pages, renewal certificates, applications and other forms made a part of the service contract. Do not file advertising brochures, service contract holder notices, billing notices, or other forms that the provider does not issue to the contract holder as part of the service contract agreement. Motor vehicle service contract filings will not be accepted through SERFF (System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing).
