Motor vehicle service contracts
As a motor vehicle service contract provider you are required to file contracts and related forms. You may review Chapter 48.110 RCW.
What do I need to file?
- Contract jackets,
- declarations pages,
- renewal certificates,
- applications, and
- other forms made a part of the service contract.
Note: Motor vehicle service contract filings are not accepted through SERFF (System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing).
What don't I file?
- Advertising brochures,
- service contract holder notices,
- billing notices, or
- other forms that are not part of the service contract.
