Washington state is now accepting all types of insurance for Long Term Care and Medicare Supplement. To see the submission requirements or general instructions:
- Login to SERFF.
- Go to the Filing Rules tab.
- Then to Submission Requirements or (LD) General Instructions or
- Review these (LD) general instructions (PDF 106KB).
All Life, Annuity, and Credit NAIC product coding matrix types are accepted.
Health and Accident types are limited, specifically:
- H01 Health - Assumption Agreement
- H02G Group Health - Accident Only
- H02I Individual Health - Accident Only
- H03G Group Health - AD&D
- H03I Individual Health - AD&D
- H11G Group Health - Disability Income
- H11I Individual Health - Disability Income
- H19I Individual Health - Travel
- H19G Group Health - Travel
Property/Casualty
All NAIC product coding matrix types are accepted.
