User comments on requested health care rate increases provide a valuable service that benefits other users.  We welcome your participation but, please follow these rules when commenting on our site.

• Be relevant. Discuss the rate request and stay on topic. Threats, hate speech and slanderous statements will not be posted. Name-calling and insults directed at other commenter’s are not welcome. Calling for violence is not allowed.

• Respect copyrights. Don’t publish material that belongs to someone else.

• Use only for non-commercial purposes. Your comments may not solicit funds or promote commercial entities.

• Your comments become public record of the agency.

• Inappropriate comments will not be posted.
