Step. 1 Go to your search results.

Step. 2 Look for the company you’d like to comment on.

Step. 3 Click on the comments link for your insurance company. (If a decision has been made, the comment period is over. You can no longer post a comment about that rate request, but you can view what others said.)

Step. 4 Under make a comment, type in your name, your location and your comments. Keep in mind, there’s a 1,000 character limit. Be sure to check your spelling! Once a comment is posted, you will not be able to edit or delete it.

Step. 5 Click submit.
When you can comment
You can comment on any rate request while it is still under review. Once a decision is made, the comment period is closed.
The amount of time we have to review a rate request depends on the type of plan. Individual health plan rate requests must be reviewed within 60 days. Small employer plan rates do not have a review deadline.
Why can’t I see my comment?
Each comment is reviewed by a moderator and posted within 24 hours on weekdays.
We reserve the right to reject comments with inappropriate material. If you don’t see your comment, check back within 24 hours. See our terms of use.
