Submit a PLE course roster

PLE providers are required to submit a roster to the OIC each month with a list of students who successfully completed their PLE courses.

The roster must include:

  • Name of provider,
  • Month of report,
  • Name of each student,
  • Course each student completed,
  • Date each student completed course, and
  • Indication of lecture or self-study.

Rosters are due on the 15th of the month following the month in which the candidate completed the PLE course.

Rosters must be submitted via email to ourĀ education analyst.
