Company Complaint Response System (CRS)

Effective January 1, 2014, insurers are required by WAC 284-30-360(2) and WAC 284-30-650 (www.leg.wa.gov) to use CRS for responding to complaints.

Responding via fax, U.S. Mail or other method of communication outside the CRS application is a violation of Washington state regulations.
