A complaint is any communication, written or oral submitted to our office, by a consumer that expresses dissatisfaction with a specific insurance company.

A company's complaint history information is divided into three main sections:

• Reason for complaint

• Type of coverage

• Outcome (disposition)
  

How do I search for a company's complaint history?

Search for a company and select from the search results.  A link to a company's complaint history can be found in the “company complaints” section.

The consumer care web site displays a 2-year history. If you are looking for older complaints, contact us at: 1-800-562-6900.
