Need help or not sure you have a complaint?

File a complaint and we'll:

  • Contact the insurance company on your behalf.
  • Review and share their response with you.
  • Require them to address your concerns and follow Washington state insurance laws and regulations.
  • Suggest steps you could take to resolve your issue.
  • Complete your complaint within 60 days.
  • Make your complaint a part of the company's public record.
