All individual applications must submit a fingerprint card and fingerprint processing fee with their initial license application.

Initial license & renewal fees for individual & business entities
| Agent License, every 2 years (title line, business entity only). | $50.00 Includes vehicle & surety only lines. |
| Limited Agent License, every 2 years (CR, CC, TR) | $20.00 Upgrade to full lines is addtional $30.00. |

- Initial individual license is renewed every 2 years on your birthday.
- Business entity license issued for 2 years from effective date of the initial license type, except premium finance & specialty producer.
- If additional license type is added later, expiration date stays the same as initial license.
- No additional fee required to add lines to existing license type.
