The OIC contemplates awarding a sole source contract to Judicial Dispute Resolution, LLC (specifically, Judge George Finkle) to provide legal services as administrative law judge pro-tem, as well as to provide knowledge transfer of complex insurance litigation best practices and provide quality assurance on a case-by-case basis.

As required by state law, the contract is posted here for public inspection. This notice will be removed June 30, 2015.

Training services

The OIC contemplates awarding a sole source contract to American Indian Health Commissioner to provide culturally relevant training to tribal staff on healthcare topics. These topics include, but are not limited to: Medicare, Low Income Subsidy, and prevention/wellness and coordination with Indian Health Services.
